Anthony P. Makuch , , , President & CEO, Director

Anthony (Tony) Makuch joined Lake Shore Gold as President and CEO on March 1, 2008. He is a professional engineer (Ontario) with over 25 years of management, operations and technical experience in the mining industry, having managed numerous projects in Canada and the United States from advanced exploration through production. Between January 2006 and March 1, 2008, Mr. Makuch was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for FNX Mining Company Inc. From 1998 to December 2005 he held several positions with Dynatec Corporation, including Operations Manager and VP, Operations. Mr. Makuch holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours Applied Earth Sciences) from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, and both a Masters of Science Degree in Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from Queen´s University in Ontario.

Phil Yee , , , Senior Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer

Phil Yee is a Chartered Professional Accountant ("CPA") and a Chartered Accountant ("CA") with over 25 years of experience in the accounting and financial fields and over 10 years of experience in the mining sector. Most recently, he has served as Chief Financial Officer for Patagonia Gold Plc since May 2011. Prior to joining Patagonia Gold, Mr. Yee served as Director, Finance for Centerra Gold Inc. and, prior to that, as Vice-President, Finance for the Kumtor Gold Mine in the Kyrgyz Republic (the flagship project of Centerra Gold). In addition to being a CA, Mr. Yee holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan.

Eric Kallio , , , Senior Vice-President, Exploration

Eric Kallio is a geologist with close to thirty years of experience working on exploration and underground and open pit mine planning, scoping and feasibility studies in Canada and abroad. Most recently, Mr. Kallio has provided geological consulting services to such companies as Detour Gold Corp., Centerra Gold Corp., Golden Harp Resources and Goldeye Exploration Limited. Past corporate assignments have included serving as Vice-President, Exploration with Patricia Mining Corporation; Exploration Manager, Canadian Shield for Kinross Gold Corporation; and Chief Geologist with Placer Dome Canada Limited´s Dome Mine in Timmins. Mr. Kallio was also a former Director of Holmer Gold Mines Limited prior to its merger with Lake Shore Gold in 2004.

Alasdair Federico , , , Corporate Secretary and General Counsel

Mr. Federico joins Lake Shore Gold from the business law group of McCarthy Tétrault LLP, where he provided advice on all aspects of corporate and securities law. He has experience in public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and continuous and timely disclosure obligations. He has also provided advice to corporations on a variety of commercial, governance and compliance matters.

Christina Ouellette CHRp , , , Vice-President, Human Resources

Christina Ouellette is a Certified Human Resource Professional with over twenty years of senior management experience. Ms. Ouellette joined Lake Shore Gold in October 2008 as Director, Human Resources, having previously held senior human resource management positions with FNX Mining Company Inc., the Sudbury Joint Venture, Domtar Forest Products, and Provigo Inc. Ms. Ouellette has a strong background and considerable experience in labor relations, employee relations, recruitment, talent and succession planning, compensation planning, and providing strategic HR direction and guidance to support the business objectives of the Company.

Mark E.F. Utting , , , Vice-President, Investor Relations

Mark Utting is a Chartered Financial Analyst with 20 years of investor relations and corporate communications experience, mainly in the mining and financial services industries. Prior positions in the mining sector include serving as Director, Investor Relations for Rio Algom Limited, a Toronto-based international copper producer, leading up to its acquisition by Billiton plc in 2000, and spending four years as Director, Communications and Investor Relations with Dynatec Corporation, a contract miner and emerging nickel producer in Richmond Hill, Ontario, which was acquired by Sherritt International Corporation in 2007. Most recently, Mr. Utting served as Director, Investor Relations with Extendicare REIT, a Markham, Ontario-based nursing home real estate investment trust.

Natasha Vaz , , , Vice-President, Technical Services

Natasha Vaz joined Lake Shore Gold in June 2008. Ms. Vaz has over a decade of experience working with senior Canadian-based mining and contracting companies. Prior to Joining Lake Shore Gold, she held a variety of engineering, operations and management level positions with Dynatec Corporation and, prior to that assignment, with Goldcorp Inc. Ms. Vaz holds a BSc degree in Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Kellogg-Schulich program at Northwestern University School of Management and the Schulich School of Business at York University. She is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario.

Merushe (Meri) Verli , , , Vice-President, Finance

Ms. Verli is a Chartered Accountant with more than a decade of experience in public practice with KPMG. Prior to joining Lake Shore she was a Senior Manager in the firm's audit practice. While at KPMG, Ms. Verli played a lead role in a number of prospectus offerings for mineral companies, including both equity offerings and debt financings. In addition to her accounting experience and professional designation, Ms. Verli also holds a Bachelors of Economy, a Bachelors of Geology and a PhD in Economic Sciences. Ms. Verli joined Lake Shore in 2007 as Controller, and is based in Toronto.
